Who else plans to get buff for summer ‘12?
And do we really have to go around shaming other women’s bodies to motivate ourselves? No, the women on the bottom are not in shape, but it’s completely unnecessary to post pictures of them as “reverse-motivation”. It’s really not cool to find stuff like this under the fitspo tag. Isn’t this community supposed to be positive and accepting? Come on, guys.
i’m just going to leave this here.

If you are losing weight because you hate your body, you need a hug. A body is not to be hated or scorned, its sacred and should be treated with love and respect. Do it because you love and accept yourself and see long lasting results.
Be positive. Be strong.

“Body bashing is the equivalent of kicking yourself in the “balls”. It’s pointless, painful and can have LONG-TERM repercussions. The good news? You can STOP. It just take a little practice, a little self-awareness and a whole lotta body love reminders.”

This is my message to you:
Please stop caring so much about what others think of you. Their opinion of you does not determine who you are.
You are a beautiful soul no matter what people say.
