seriously, this stuff is madness. I feel like i’m having a chocolate peanut butter milkshake for breakfast, except it is dairy-free, 23g protein, and full of nutritionz.
One of the best things about summertime: grilled veggies! Even better when they are topped with a little bit of sriracha.
chia seeds are amazing and so versatile. you can make a chia gel for smoothies, just munch on a handful (but be sure to check your teeth afterwards!), or sprinkle them in any recipe that needs a little thickening.
My first homebrewed batch of kombucha. Mango!
