- i will begin tracking my daily intake & exercise starting tomorrow, which is kind of nervewracking & exciting at the same time because then i will be publicly held accountable :)
- i will be doing the Starting Strength program beginning next week, specifically the Practical Programming Novice Program. to sum it up, it basically focuses on squats, deadlifts, pullups, & chinups. I plan to do it for a month.
