current tumblr i'm loving on
fuckyeahhiking! i can’t wait until it’s warm out and i can get out there on some trails or go camping for a night. it’s so relaxing to be out in the woods just walking with my dog & appreciating all of the simple beauty around us. i have so many fitness goals related to hiking too. there is a 17 mile hike that i would like to complete this summer, and one day would like to do...

new speed record
1 mile in 9:07! My previous personal best was 9:43. I feel really good about this, especially since I did not feel like running at all. The workouts that take the most effort to start usually end up being my best ones.
