Thank you..
..to everyone who replied or messaged me about Crossfit! It’s comforting to know that so many of you could relate to the anxiety & fear that comes with a new experience, but you all pushed through and really enjoy it. I will hopefully be going to the free class next Saturday and while I will probably spend a couple of minutes in my car taking deep breaths before going inside, i’m excited for the experience!
If anyone in Pittsburgh fitblr-land wants to go with me, that would be wonderful :)

switching gyms - crossfit?
my contract is almost up at my gym. giving much consideration to joining the crossfit gym here, but it’s 4x the cost of the gym i currently go to and, if i’m being honest, i’m scared. there is a free saturday workout as well as the on-ramp program, but i feel rather intimidated - which admittedly is not a good reason to avoid something, and if anything is even more reason to do it.
i would love it if you would send me a message about your first few times going and any words of encouragement or advice!
